Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of the products offered at Wayra. However, due to our global dropshipping model, our return process has specific conditions designed to be fair to you while being operationally feasible for our international network.


1. Eligibility Windows

  • Change of Mind / Wrong Item: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to initiate a return for any reason.

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to report an item that is defective, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered.

2. Return Conditions & Costs

  • Item must be: Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • For Change of Mind/Wrong Size: The customer is responsible for the full cost of return international shipping to our supplier's warehouse. We will provide the correct return address upon request authorization.

    • For Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs. We will typically provide a pre-paid return shipping label to a local address or, for lower-value items, may simply issue a refund or replacement without requiring a physical return.

3. The Return & Refund Process

Contact Us First: Do not ship anything back before contacting our support team at [wayra.helpme@outlook.com]. Provide your order number and details/photos of the issue.

Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and provide authorized return instructions, including the correct address and any required forms.

Ship the Item Back: Once authorized, ship the item back using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.

Inspection & Refund: After the supplier receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund. This inspection period can take 7-14 business days from delivery to the return address.

4. Refund Details

  • What is refunded: The original product price paid.

  • What is NOT refunded: Original outbound shipping costs (as they are free, this does not apply) and any return shipping costs you incurred for "change of mind" returns.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we approve it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear after delivery.

  • Items not in original condition (used, washed, or missing tags).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Digital downloads.
