Because we operate on a dropshipping model—connecting you directly with our global network of suppliers—your order is shipped from an international warehouse. This allows us to offer unique products at great value, combined with free shipping.

Key Details:

Processing Time: After your payment is confirmed, it takes our supplier 3 to 7 business days to prepare and dispatch your order from their warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery Time: Once dispatched, please allow 25 to 50 business days for delivery via our free Standard Shipping service. Delivery times vary based on the product's origin and your destination country.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to follow your order's journey. Please note: Tracking updates may be limited during the international transit portion of the journey until the parcel is processed by your local postal service.

Important Note on Customs & Import Duties: While shipping is free, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
